AI Usage Policy
This policy explains the role and limits of MindfulFit® AI inside governed production workflows.
Assistive role
MindfulFit® AI supports users by drafting, summarising, classifying, and organising production information. It is an assistive layer only. It does not approve production, release goods, certify records, or replace human authority.
Human confirmation
- Users must review AI-generated measurements, briefs, summaries, rationales, and recommendations.
- Production decisions remain the responsibility of the user and their organisation.
- AI outputs should be treated as drafts until confirmed by an authorised human user.
No professional advice
MindfulFit® AI does not provide legal, regulatory, manufacturing, certification, customs, or compliance advice. It may help organise evidence, but it does not determine whether a product or record satisfies external obligations.
Data used for AI context
When a user asks MindfulFit® AI to assist, relevant workspace context may be used to generate the requested response. This can include specifications, measurements, deviations, escalations, resolutions, decisions, and uploaded evidence.
Safe use
- Do not upload data you are not authorised to process.
- Do not rely on AI output without checking it against source evidence.
- Do not treat AI-generated text as a final instruction to suppliers unless an authorised user has reviewed and approved it.
