• To provide and secure the MindfulFit® service.
• To maintain governed records, audit trails, exports, and workspace access controls.
• To improve reliability, investigate errors, and support users.
• To generate assistive AI outputs when users intentionally use MindfulFit® AI features.

When you use AI-assisted features, relevant workspace context may be processed to produce drafts, summaries, or operational reasoning. MindfulFit® AI remains assistive only and does not replace human review.

We do not sell workspace data. Data may be shared with service providers that help operate hosting, storage, authentication, email, monitoring, payment, or AI functionality, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Governed records may be retained to preserve audit history and production traceability. Account and support data may be retained while your workspace is active and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Workspace owners and admins control user access, exports, and governed records inside MindfulFit®. Contact support if you need help with access, correction, or deletion requests.
