These terms describe how apparel teams may use MindfulFit® as a production governance workspace. They are concise operating terms, not a substitute for legal advice.
Service
MindfulFit® provides tools for creating specifications, reviewing production evidence, recording evaluations, managing deviations, and preserving governance records. The service is designed to support disciplined production workflows.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information, measurements, files, and decisions entered into the platform.
- You must only upload materials you have the right to use and share.
- You remain responsible for supplier instructions, manufacturing decisions, product releases, and external communications.
Production decisions
MindfulFit® can help structure evidence and highlight operational risk, but it does not make final production decisions for you. Human authority remains final.
AI-assisted features
MindfulFit® AI is assistive only. AI outputs may contain omissions, uncertainty, or interpretation errors. You must review AI-assisted drafts, summaries, briefs, and recommendations before relying on them.
No professional advice
MindfulFit® does not provide legal, regulatory, manufacturing, customs, certification, or compliance advice. You should obtain professional advice where your decisions require it.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or retire parts of the service as the platform develops. We aim to preserve governed records and export access where reasonably possible.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
